Here’s a breakdown of what doula Jessica support services typically include:

• Prenatal Visits(1-2 sessions): Birth Education and Planning (see above). Unlimited text support for non-urgent questions and answers. 
• Labor and Birth Support: Continuous physical and emotional support. This can include techniques such as breathing guidance, massage, positioning suggestions, and reassurance. Up to 1 hour support after birth.
• Postpartum Visit (1.5 hours): Jessica will meet with parents to discuss their unique labor and delivery experience. At this visit she will assist with the transition into parenthood by offering advice on newborn care, breastfeeding support, emotional wellness, and more. 
• Emotional Advocacy: Jessica is a safe space where clients feel heard and respected. She will act as your personal advocate, ensuring that the client’s preferences and concerns are communicated effectively to care providers.
• Tailored Assistance: Every family’s journey is unique, and doulas adapt their services to meet individual needs, whether it’s managing anxiety, educating about birthing interventions, or supporting partners during the process.
